Shipping Information for Canada
Shipping Transit Times
Healtha processes orders 7 days a week. We will ship all of your orders using either Canada post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Loomis or Canpar with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 1-5 business days for most Canada destinations. Please note: In some instances your order may ship in multiple shipments (due to product and warehouse availability) and could use different carriers for each shipment. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday. Shipping carriers may deliver your package on a Saturday and do not deliver on national holidays.
*Remote locations / rural areas may take up to 7 business days.
Territories, Labrador & Remote Areas
Orders to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination. Additional charges may apply.
Carbon Neutral Shipping Option
Plant a tree for $1.3 to reverse your shipment's carbon footprint. When choosing this option during checkout, you offset the carbon emissions from your shipment by planting 1 tree. Your tree will filter and remove 680 lbs of CO2 from the atmosphere.
Insurance Fees Policy
There may be an additional insurance charge to a high value package during transit. We will contact you if this is the case. You may opt out of the insurance at your own risk and discretion.
Backordered Items
On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. Here at Healtha.ca we have a great relationship with our suppliers, so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. We will ship the in-stock items on your order right away and ship the backordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are backordered, you may receive several partial shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us immediately via e-mail so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
Shipping Information for International Orders
Same Day Shipping
Healtha offers a Same Day Shipping on most in-stock items ordered Monday - Friday by 1pm EST (excluding national holidays). Item eligibility can change depending on the day of the week, time of day and product availability.
Shipping Carriers & Rates
We offer a wide variety of shipping options to suit your budget and time frame. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. To see the shipping rate for your order please first add the items to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Our free shipping offer does not apply to international orders.
Duties, Taxes & Fees
In many of the countries served by Healtha we offer at least one shipping option that includes pre-paid duties, taxes. Select this option to ensure that no further charges will be due upon delivery. If a pre-paid shipping option is not selected, or not available, then you the customer are responsible for paying any duties, taxes & fees that may be required. These fees are typically collected in your country by customs or the delivery agent.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products you are ordering. Additionally, when ordering from Healtha.ca you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office.
Returned Orders
If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons we will refund your payment method for the product returned minus a 25% restocking fee (minimum of $12 USD) and the original shipping fee(s). An additional restock fee may be assessed for any fees incurred by Healtha to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling, storage and quarantine fees).

- No one available to accept the deliver
- Order refused by the customer
- Refusal to pay customs fees
- Refused by Customs
If the cost to return the items exceed the cost of the products then Healtha will instruct the agents to abandon the package and no refund will be available.
Confiscated by Customs Orders
If your order or certain products are confiscated by customs due to the items being restricted then no refund will be available.
Lost in Transit Orders
Lost in Transit Orders: Some carriers and ship methods offer door to door tracking & insurance and some do not.
If the ship method description says "insured", you will be able to track your order from our door to yours! Estimated transit times are provided during checkout for your convenience, but transit times may be impacted by delays with your government's clearance policies. In the unlikely event your package is lost, please contact our support team here.
Healtha will not consider a package lost until 30 days after the original ship date. If determined lost, Healtha must open a tracer claim with the shipping carrier before taking any corrective action. If your package is determined lost, a lost package affidavit email* will be sent from our third-party claims company (U-PIC) to confirm non-delivery. All lost package claims must be reported within 90 days of the original purchase date.
*Please note - a refund will not be processed until the affidavit is completed, in full, by the customer.
