Shipping
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners to ensure you receive your order within 1–5 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. Our shipping department will ensure all orders are packaged securely, including bubble wrap for fragile items and cooler packs for refrigerated items so that your products arrive just as effective as the day they ship!
It depends on where you are. We work hard to get you your products as quickly as possible! We have a 1 to 3 business day processing time which means your order will be shipped and delivered within 7 business days! Live in Quebec or Ontario? You can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check on the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing the ‘My Orders’ section, found on the right hand side of the page.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
